Colorado was added to the MICHELIN Guide in 2023, and the recognition has grown to 5 one-star restaurants, 9 Bib Gourmand honorees, and 44 total recognized establishments statewide, most of them concentrated in the Denver and Boulder metro area. Denver, as Colorado's largest city, sits at the center of that growing footprint.
Atlanta: Georgia's first-ever Michelin restaurants
Georgia was added to the MICHELIN Guide in 2025, marking the first time the state had Michelin-recognized restaurants at all.
